6Legal Bases for Processing

7Data Sharing and Disclosure

eeeph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

7.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)

We share personal data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions. These include:

• KYC and identity verification providers;
• Payment processors and e-wallet operators (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other Philippine payment channels);
• Cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers;
• Customer support platform providers;
• Fraud detection and AML screening services;

7.3 eeeph Group Companies

Personal data may be shared within the eeeph group of companies for internal operational, compliance, and risk management purposes. All intra-group data sharing is governed by internal data processing agreements.

7.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of eeeph or its assets, personal data held by eeeph may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify affected Players of any such transfer and the identity of the new data controller in advance where possible.

8International Data Transfers

The eeeph Platform is operated from within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to service providers or group companies located outside the Philippines, eeeph ensures that such transfers are conducted in accordance with RA 10173 and NPC guidelines, including through the use of appropriate contractual safeguards and data transfer agreements.

In all cases involving cross-border data transfers, eeeph ensures that the receiving party maintains an adequate level of data protection consistent with Philippine law. Players may request information about the safeguards applicable to specific international transfers by contacting the DPO.

9Data Retention

eeeph retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Specific retention periods are determined by the following principles:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with eeeph and for a period of at least five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine AML law.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of ten (10) years in compliance with Philippine AML Council requirements and BIR recordkeeping obligations.
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship or the date of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.

11Security Measures

13Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The eeeph Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. eeeph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Access to the Platform by persons under 21 is prohibited under Philippine law and the eeeph Terms & Conditions.

If eeeph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be suspended immediately, the data will be deleted (or retained only to the extent required by law for reporting purposes), and the matter will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 years of age has registered on eeeph, please contact the support team immediately.

14Marketing Communications

eeeph may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, sports betting events, and Platform updates by email or SMS, subject to the following:

• We will only send direct marketing communications where you have provided your consent during registration or through your account marketing preferences settings.
• You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your eeeph account settings, or by contacting the support team.

16Changes to This Privacy Policy

eeeph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine data protection law, NPC guidelines, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or eeeph's data processing practices.

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to you via the email address registered on your eeeph account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the updated Policy takes effect. Where a change is required by law or regulatory directive, it may take effect immediately, and we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
