eeeph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: eeeph employs age verification procedures during the KYC process. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and real-money deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.
To access real-money features of the eeeph Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use fictitious names or information belonging to any other person.
Each individual may hold only one active eeeph Account. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, eeeph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all Bonus Funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login email or mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. eeeph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify eeeph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
You are obligated to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Updates to personal details, including changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods, must be made promptly via your Account settings or through the eeeph support team.
eeeph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This KYC process may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large transaction volumes, or at eeeph's discretion at any time.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. eeeph does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
All deposits are credited to your Account in Philippine Peso (PHP). eeeph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

You may close your eeeph Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of non-withdrawable Bonus Funds will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
eeeph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to eeeph's customer support team for informal resolution. Players are encouraged to submit a detailed written description of their concern to the support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or adjudicatory body under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this Section prevents eeeph from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.
